Please understand that I am an individual, a working Mom, not a big corporation. There are days I spend as much as 5 hours responding to emails, and 90% of them are questions answered on my website. For this reason, my processing time continues to go up!

I generally answer emails in the mornings or early afternoon, Monday through Friday. Evenings and weekends are family time and I ask that you be respectful of that choice. Please allow a few days for me to respond. During periods of high order volume, order processing comes first.
